The Management Associate Program offers an 18-month rotational journey designed to develop strategic marketing skills for retail complexes, with a focus in customer relationship management (CRM) and data analytics.   • Data Management and Analysis

Leverage CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to collect, refine, and maintain CRM data. Conduct analysis to uncover actionable insights, create impactful reports, and inform strategic marketing decisions.

  • Strategic Collaboration and Performance Metrics

Work closely with marketing and asset management teams to assess data needs and develop key performance indicators that measure the success of campaigns to drive improvements, optimize ROI, and enhance customer engagement strategies.

  • Customer Segmentation and Trend Forecasting

Assist in customer segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns and personalized customer experiences. Use market analysis and historical data to forecast future trends and support proactive strategy development.

Ready to make an impact? We’re looking for candidates with the below qualifications:

  • Recent university graduates, open for applicants with several years of full-time working experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field; or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing or in a relevant field
  • Experience with Python, Google Analytics, SQL databases
  • Experience in building processes supporting ETL, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload management in a large and complex data environment
  • Experience with BI, data visualization, and AI tools in data analysis are a plus
